Termination of Competition, Standards and Use of Branding Licence Agreement (i.e. Affiliation) between APU and Performotion Rehab and Performance Centre
Dear APU Members,
In accordance with clause 47 of the Competition, Standards and Use of Branding Licence Agreement, APU intends to terminate the agreement between Australian Powerlifting Union Ltd and Performotion Rehab and Performance Centre, with immediate effect from 20 June 2023.
-Notification has been provided to the affiliate organisation.-
