Dear APU Members,
Please familiarise yourself with the new processes for the National Classic Open Powerlifting Championship entry requirements, along with the updated version of the competition progression and team selection process.
The most important understanding is the selection and limitations to the National Classic Open Powerlifting Championships (NCOPC).
A brief explanation of this process has been presented to members via ZOOM on 10 September 2023.
