I am extremely proud and grateful of the contributions that have been made from a wide range of incredible individuals to allow our lifters to compete in APU's first ever Collate National Powerlifting and Bench Press Championships. In particular, the technical committee chairperson David Vaughan and his team of officials. Also, the spotters and loaders, meet directors, venues and helpers. I am also so proud of the APU board who had the will and optimism to see that we could and should adapt. Last and importantly, the athletes and support personnel. We are confident of a bigger year this year, and look forward to celebrating together after the Nationals in around October.
