We are a powerlifting/strength training club located in Coburg North. With a mix of competitive powerlifters, strongmen, weightlifters and health conscious people we have equipment suitable for all styles of training. We are passionate about getting people stronger, fitter and healthier in the safest manner possible. This means that every session, during peak hours, you will be looked after by one of our coaches.

The equipment you train on is important. That’s why we have over 7 rogue competition bars, 1.5 tonnes of calibrated rogue plates, competition spec benches, bumper plates, racks, and numerous specialty bars. We also have a wide array of cables, bands, specialty equipment and dumbbells.
